"We came to Erin looking to renovate an existing local restaurant into a brewpub that stood out in the growing MA craft beer market.  She created a concept based on our discussions that helped bring our brewpub to life.  We were working with a very specific budget and Erin was able to target the areas that would have the biggest impact on the existing space while adhering to our budget.  Our guests can't stop commenting on how great the new space is.  She was always in contact with us and very helpful throughout the process.
